Acceptance and scope

Create In Chinese helps you turn uploaded content into a RedNote post package that may include subtitles, thumbnails, titles, and caption copy. By using the product, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Create In Chinese for a business or team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on that entity's behalf.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.

You must provide accurate information when signing up, and you must be legally allowed to use the content you upload to Create In Chinese.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of the videos, images, text, and other materials you upload to Create In Chinese.

You give Create In Chinese permission to host, process, transform, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, including transcription, translation, subtitle rendering, thumbnail generation, storage, export, abuse prevention, support, and debugging.

AI and processing workflow

Create In Chinese uses third-party providers and infrastructure to process your uploads, including speech recognition, language generation, image generation, storage, authentication, and payment providers.

AI-generated outputs can be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing subtitles, titles, thumbnails, and captions before publishing or relying on them.

Billing and subscriptions

Free and paid plans may have different usage limits. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment processor and renews according to the plan you selected unless you cancel.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Create In Chinese expressly states otherwise. We may change pricing or plan structure in the future, but changes will apply prospectively.

Acceptable use

You may not use Create In Chinese to upload unlawful content, infringing content, malicious content, or content that violates another person's rights.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, bypass limits, or misuse the service, including by automating abusive account creation, payment abuse, or unauthorized access.

Availability, disclaimers, and limits

Create In Chinese is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect AI results, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Create In Chinese is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or if continued access would expose Create In Chinese or its users to harm.

You may stop using Create In Chinese at any time. Termination does not erase obligations that by nature should survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page, unless a later date is stated.

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
